The 39 years old actor, Natalie Portman is the cast and executive producer of “The Days Of Abandonment” movie. The upcoming HBO film is based on Elena Ferrante best-selling novel of the same name that was first published in Italian in 2002 and republished in English in 2005. Portman will play Tess; a woman’s descent into devastating emptiness after being abandoned by her husband with two young children to care for. When she finds herself literally trapped within the four walls of their high-rise apartment, she is forced to confront her ghosts, the potential loss of her own identity, and the possibility that life may never return to normal. Releasing dates are yet to be announced.
2 || The Shining Girls
Elisabeth Moss has signed on to star in the Apple series adaptation of Lauren Beukes 2013 novel “The Shining Girls”. Moss will also executive produce the metaphysical thriller alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. The book centers on a story of Harper Curtis who finds a key to a house that opens on to other times. But it comes at a cost. He has to kill the shining girls: bright young women, burning with potential. Curtis stalks them through their lives across different eras until, in 1989, one of his victims, Kirby Mazrachi, survives and starts hunting him back. Release date: 2021.
3 || Nine Perfect Strangers
A limited series based on Liane Moriarty novel will premiere on Wednesday, August 18, with new episodes dropping weekly. The Oscar winner actor, Nicole Kidman will star as Masha and produce the series that centers on nine people who gather at a remote health resort. Some are here to lose weight, some are here to get a reboot on life, some are here for reasons they can’t even admit to themselves. Amidst all of the luxury and pampering, the mindfulness and meditation, they know these ten days might involve some real work. But none of them could imagine just how challenging the next ten days are going to be.

Ruth Wilson and Jude Law will be starring the film adaption of Deborah Kay Davies novel “True Things About Me”. The bestselling debut tells a story of a woman’s spiral into self-destruction after an intense erotic encounter with a stranger leads to obsession. Release date: 2021.
5 || Artemis
After the adaption of his previous novel, we can’t wait to see the movie of Andy Weir’s 2017 novel “Artemis”. This science fiction features a story of Jazz, a porter and part-time smuggler in the lunar city of Artemis. Trying to make a little extra money, she accepts a less than legal job but ends up involved in a much bigger crime.
