How many good ideas did you have that you never took any action on?
How many times have you wanted to express yourself or your emotions and then held back?
How many times have you wanted to run and then stayed right in your place?
How many times?
Now, I want you to take a moment and ask yourself:
What if I did all of that? Where would I be now? How different would my life have been?
I’m not asking you this to dwell on where you are now, I am asking you this to click the ON button in your awareness on your thoughts, on the power of your mind and the leash it puts on your intuitive, desires, and dreams.
I am asking you this to get your focus on where you can be!
Our mind is hardwired to keep us safe, to repeat what has already been, to live each day from our subconscious conditioning. I mean that definitely is a blessing if we’re talking about not jumping off a cliff or running towards fire.
But what about when we want to try something new, or get creative with an idea, or simply wanting to change how we live or the way we see ourselves. We definitely don’t need the safety button then.
What we want is the courage to take action, to move forward, to actually make those great ideas a reality, to tell that someone we like them, to be free of all conditioning and explore our highest possible potential.
We want to be UNLEASHED!
1 || The first step to do that is to be aware of your thoughts; what am I thinking? And how does that make me feel? If you feel calm and peaceful then you know that your heart is talking to you and you just listen.
Let your feeling be your compass.
2 || The next step is owning your power back, the power of freewill, of being free from the mind… the power of CHOICE.
Change starts with a conscious decision to make that change happen.
3 || After that we reach our third step and that is ACTION. Commitment to take conscious action towards making the change happen. Self-responsibility to make sure you follow through and a promise to yourself that you will be there for yourself every single step of the way.
4 || Following each action, acknowledge your efforts, celebrate yourself and your courage. You worked on this for a long time, reminding yourself over and over again of all your efforts, and allowing a moment of recognition.
Learn to be your own cheerleader and your biggest motivator.
5 || Then, you just repeat!
This is what I call the cycle of conscious change, it’s continuous, it’s daily and it’s a choice we make every morning before our feet hit the ground.
Choose to listen to your heart, choose yourself, choose to be brave.
