The beginning of fall is actually the best time to rejuvenate and revamp our beauty and wellness routines, so read below for ways that you can recharge your skin and your body and adopt some new self-care rituals…
1 || Bring Out The Retinol
Time to concentrate on cell regeneration and renewal and retinol is the ingredient to incorporate if you’ve been avoiding it during summer. You would still need to protect from the sun so continue to apply your sunscreen daily even if the sun doesn’t seem as strong now.

You can do that by switching to a richer night cream, swapping your serum for an oil-based one, and using masks that are hydrating instead of drying ones like clay. Get a professional dry-brushing treatment or just simply do it at home. 3-5 minutes before your shower is all you need to flush out toxins from your body. No time for a spa, do it at home! Light up a candle for some aromatherapy, make a DIY scrub with oats, almonds and strawberries and use Epsom salts in your bath. You can even apply a face mask while you’re soaking. Moisturise all over afterwards and voila!
