Gwyneth Just Made This Brand Huge and It Hasn’t Even Launched Yet


Gwyneth Paltrow’s got a new favorite brand and it shows. The Oscar winner has been seen out on two occasions recently in the Retrofête brand. The funny thing is that it hasn’t been released yet, so you can imagine everyone clamoring to get this latest ‘it’ brand first!




Initially seen a the Pre-Broadway engagement of “Head Over Heels” in a full beaded jumpsuit by the brand, Gwyneth followed it up in a fantastic gold lamé beaded mini dress at the world premiere of “Avengers: Infinity War” in LA in April 23rd, 2018.




The New York-based contemporary party dress brand will launch their pre-fall collection exclusively at and on May 1, 2018. As it stands now, you can get in line and pre-order like everyone else…

The husband and wife duo behind the brand are said to be inspired by vintage party dresses. “She likes to have fun, pushes the envelope and takes risks. She’s an insider and trendsetter…She is ‘wow’ there are no boundaries for the Retrofête girl.”

What is particularly interesting to me is not the dress at all but the way the company has gone about it… Forgoing the lookbook and website for some super publicity endorsements and two exclusive e-commerce outlets..Is this the future of fashion?
