Is it time for new shopping… you bet it is:) When is it not a good time for shopping you must say! Well guess what! The new shoe trend report for 2020 is out and we will try to indulge your senses with a fabulous selection of the new shoe shapes to come! You may want to shop smart and make use of the approaching sales to grab yourself a pair or two of the latest shoe styles before they invade the stores in a couple of months. And yes you will see a return of some of your old favourites, some styles have firmly stayed and some have shaken things up a bit … so let’s explore below.
1 || Chain Reaction
My favourite amongst all trends perhaps; the chain accents have not only adorned our necks and sweaters …they’re now descending unto our shoes. Spring’s 2020 runways have all featured statement-making chains doesn’t matter if they’re delicate or chunky they’re all in. Whether you’re looking for strappy sandals or combat boots, just look for the one with the chain.

2 || Colored Boots
Knee-high boots have triumphantly returned and the next step is …guess what? Colored boots naturally:) Following in the lines of colourful leather, colourful boots are making quite the statement with sunny shades of yellow, green, orange and even blue. These are, surprisingly, easy to style and are quite versatile.

3 || The Loafer
This time around you may want to give the new loafers a chance. This classic shoe style is getting a serious makeover for 2020 and is about to become the cool girls go-to pair of shoes. Prepare to have an open mind and accept the slingback and the mule loafers.

4 || Platforms
Towering platforms are back, and about time especially after the kitten heels have overstayed their welcome! Don’t get me wrong I’m a kitten-heel kinda person and if prodded to wear heels then platforms it’s going to be!

5 || Minimalistic
Minimalism is thriving again and for next season you may want to consider the new genre of reimagined thongs, sleek sandals, and toe-ring footwear.

6 || Mary Janes
These are something we haven’t seen in quite a while … a decade specifically! But the Mary Jane pumps now are these playful whimsical thingies that you can wear long after 9-5.
