It is no surprise then that Ariana has hopped on the bandwagon in an effort to brand herself as the next beauty mogul. Her announcement was perfectly timed following her “Most followed Person on Instagram” title, dethroning Selena Gomez.
Ari has been topping all kinds of lists this year with both her albums Sweetener and Thank U, Next going straight to No. 1, spending several weeks inside the top 10 on the Billboard 200. Grande has now launched her own beauty line inspired by her certified platinum single Thank U, Next , filing for a trademark to create the range products including fragrances, body lotions, scrubs, mists and bath gels among others. This is not the 25-year-old pop diva’s first venture into the world of beauty, as she has already released perfumes such as Moonlight, Clouds, Ari and Sweet Like Candy. In November of last year, Lush released a bath bomb in honour of the singer’s God is a Woman music video. The trademark was filed by GrandAri Inc., which owns Grande’s fragrance line.
