During this heatwave I am sure, you as well as I, are all longing for fall! I bet you can’t wait to drape yourselves in layers and layers of coziness. However, going to fall shouldn’t be such an investment or such a big ordeal; below are a few of the color trends that are expected to become big in fall and we bet you’ve already hopped on a few of these trends already. So if you’re looking to extend the shelf-life of your wardrobe check out which hues below will survive the transition and go down fall with you.
1 || Buttery Yellow
Or pastel yellow is a color that made a strong appearance this summer and one which will, quite shockingly to be honest, continue to be around once Fall officially comes. Pastels for Fall are not something we’re familiar with but hey….. there is nothing familiar about this year so why not right!
2 || Faded Denim
Faded denim as a sumptuous shade of blue is among those elegant colors that are full of hope. It’s like looking up at a clear sky on a sunny day. This calming color might become your go-to choice just for the fact that it brings with it serenity and peace.
3 || Celery Green
We really do not intend to follow the food groups in our color selections but here goes another edible color to get you excited for fall; celery green. People claim that this slightly stronger shade of green is replacing neons, limes, and perhaps khakis. Though I’m personally never letting go of my khaki’s but this shade is enticing enough yet muted enough to tempt me to wear it.
4 || Mocha
Neutrals are still having their moments, and believe it or not, there is a new neutral in town! A cross between beige, grey, and brown, this new shade has been referred to as light mocha or even mushroom and we predict it’s going to be the hit for fall.
5 || Almond Milk
Yes, we’re still loving our neutrals! This is a muted beige that’s been around since Spring and is most aptly named after a breakfast item. Almond milk or oat milk, or if you simply prefer off-white or light beige please go ahead…just know that these monotone outfits aren’t going anywhere for now.
