Jennifer Lopez joins the ranks of Yara Shahidi and Selena Gomez with the announcement of her latest role as Global Face of the Coach brand. This will include starring in several upcoming fashion campaigns for leather goods, ready-to-wear and footwear.
2019 has been a great year for the star, not only did she say “yes” to her boyfriend of two years Alex Rodriguez, but she also announced her Super Bowl halftime performance alongside Shakira. She also closed the Versace fashion show in Milan, definitely one of the most viewed videos on IG this year. Add to that her stellar performance in Hustlers, one that has gain an expected Oscar buzz, and it would be fair to say that its been a good year for the songstress, dancer and actress.
Of the collaboration with Coach, the celebrity shared, “Im so excited for this collaboration with Coach. It is a timeless brand that I’ve always been a fan of and the upcoming collection really speaks to my personal style – – any uptown downtown mix.”
Coach’s creative director Stuart Vevers also shared his thoughts on the partnership, stating that Jennifer’s authenticity and determination to do things her own way was a true embodiment of the Coach brand and the new campaign.
Jennifer was busy shooting for the Spring 2020 campaign earlier in the week, and you know what that means.. your wallets better be coach-ready by then!
