An out-of-this-world collaboration between two ingenious design houses; Lebanese accessory designer Nada Debs is collaborating on a limited edition sandal with Fratelli Rossetti, the genius Italian shoemakers. Known for their passion and massive amounts of talents, the collaboration will feature 60 exclusive pairs that will be shown for the first time on April 11th at the Fratelli Rossetti flagship store in 1 Montenapoleone. The sandals will also be available in Fratelli Rossetti’s boutiques in Milan and Beirut as well as online.
The sandals will feature stunning heels in Debs’ signature mother-of-pearl inlay in solid walnut wood. The zigzag pattern of the heel is a magnificent representation of the joined forces of both Beirut and Milan; two captivating cities and two of the worlds’ most significant design scenes. The sandals will be available in two versions; a soft off-white and a subtle red nubuck.
Not only is craft about handcrafting, it’s about a sense of spirituality in the human being – the soul is passed on to the product, said Debs.
On the occasion of this launch, Debs will be taking over the design of the windows at the Fratelli Rossetti flagship between April 5th to April 21.
