Third time’s a charm? Since his whirlwind romance-engagement-split with megastar Ariana Grande, to his rebound with English actress Kate Beckinsale, Davidson has now moved onto dating Once Upon A Time in Hollywood actress Margaret Qualley.
The two were spotted arriving to Venice together and leaving in the same car. Sources claim the pair were acting like a couple though they laid low with the PDA. The two have since been spotted strolling the streets of Venice hand in hand. Qualley attended the 2019 Venice Film Festival to promote and celebrate the premiere of her latest film Seberg, a political thriller starring Kristen Stewart, Jack O’Connell and Zazie Beetz. Though Qualley walked the red carpet solo, Davidson was snapped sitting behind the actress during the screening.
The SNL star kept things simple with a graphic white Tee, blue short, baseball cap, signature dark shades and Adidas sneakers while Qualley wore an ivory white summer gown and clunky low block pumps. An eyewitness shared with E! News “They looked comfortable together and walked close. They went into a few little stores..checked out little tourist stands and were chatting the entire time. They walked down narrow alleyways and let their shoulders bump. They never stopped holding hands.” Sounds like love to us! Amid the dating rumours, Pete and Margaret stepped out for what looks to be a cosy date night. Qualley, 24 donned a black blazer-dress, sleek pony and silver pumps, while Davidson, 25 sported a navy button-up polo and black snazzy slacks for their sophisticated night out.
Another source shares “They’ve been seeing each other for a couple of months and Margaret is really excited about him”.
The two have yet to comment on their budding romance, but we can anticipate a public acknowledgement on behalf of Pete during his hosting of Saturday Night Live on the 28th of September, as he is no stranger to addressing his romantic life on the show.
It was only this time last year that the comedian was engaged to the multi-platinum, Grammy-award winning songstress Ariana Grande, whom spoke on the raging romance the two had following her break-up with Mac Miller earlier this summer, sharing “My friends were like, ‘Come [to New York City]! We’re gonna have a fun summer, and then I met Pete, and it was an amazing distraction. It was frivolous and fun and insane and highly unrealistic, and I loved him, and I didn’t know him. I’m like an infant when it comes to real life and this old soul, been-around-the-block-a-million-times artist. I still don’t trust myself with the life stuff.”
