We may sound like broken records repeating this over and over again. But we will keep reminding you of this no matter what. Every time you apply sunscreen on your face, go ahead and include your neck. Your sunscreen should be a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. It might not show now, but your neck will thank you for it in your fifties. Sun rays, pollution, gravity and other environmental conditions affect your neck the same way they affect your face.

Yep, same with sunscreen. Everything that work on the face, works on the neck too. Next time you apply a face mask, go ahead and slather some on your neck as well. You can either choose ready to use mask, or do it yourself at home. Just write “anti-aging face/ neck masks” in the search section on Google, YouTube or even Pinterest.
3 || Moisturizing Is The Key
Moisturizing is the #1 rule to slow down signs of aging anywhere in the body. The thing is, your neck skin has fewer oil glands which makes it drier and your regular face creams may not be enough. Here where neck specialized creams or deep face moisturizers come in handy. You can also use serum for more hydrating effects.
4 || Apply Makeup & Skincare Products Mindfully
Never pull your skin downward. It is a no no when it comes to applying products on your face or neck. Make sure to blend well and apply up and back. Always go against gravity.
5 || Massage Your Neck
Using a face roller or simply with your hands. Massage your neck up and back for 30-45 seconds daily as this helps to release muscle tension, increase blood circulation and rejuvenate the skin to maintain its youthful look.
