We hope that by now applying sunscreen has become an integral part of your beauty routine. I can safely say it has become part of mine….even on the bleakest of winter days and even if there’s no chance of me leaving my house. Or better yet, ARE you reapplying at all? You probably know that applying screen will last you for approximately two hours, perhaps slightly more if you’re not directly sitting in the sun. Which means that reapplication is crucial and perhaps more important than your first application of the day given the strength of the sun. So the next question is… how do we reapply our sunscreen without ruining a full face of makeup? Below are the answers…
1|| Patting & Pressing
Hannah English has developed a genius technique to reapply sunscreen whereby she uses a dry microfiber velvet sponge that doesn’t absorb the product such as Juno & Co. This sponge doesn’t absorb the products like a Beauty Blender does which makes is very suitable as you don’t lose much of the product due to absorption. Apply sunscreen onto the flat side of the dry sponge, and then gently pat it along your cheekbones, forehead, jawline and neck. Use a dotting motion to blend it instead of a swiping motion.

Coola Sun Silk Drops are even greatly effective in protecting the skin against the harmful blue light emitted from tech screens which contributes to premature aging and pigmentation of the skin.
Sunscreen sticks are super easy to apply without affecting the integrity of your makeup.

For a quick sunscreen fix, just spritz. Mist sunscreens are great for an ultra easy application and for providing hydration. Though it is not yet known whether they offer adequate protection or not. But if this should be the only way that you will be tempted to reapply your sunscreen then by all means do it.
